Boukorp (Pty) Ltd was established in 1987 by Richardt Lou de Jager. Richardt specialized in the construction of residential homes mainly in the Radiokop area. Boukorp’s first cluster development, Honeydew Estates 1, was launched during 1995 in Honeydew. Richardt’s son, Evan joined the family business in 1991 and has since become general manager. Most management and staff have a shareholding in the company assuring 100% commitment and dedication.
Boukorp has grown from strength to strength over the years, having successfully completed more than 22 residential houses and 30 complexes totaling over 800 units. Boukorp now specializes in the development of Sectional Title and Cluster Developments.
