Being one of the only developers who allows changes and additions to the standard plan, Boukorp also, in the event of being unable to accommodate certain extras, will permit a third party contractor (under our supervision) to assist the purchaser in order to achieve his or her dream unit. Boukorp goes out of its way to accommodate purchasers with their requests, however small. Clients are afforded the opportunity to be part of the building process by being permitted to view their unit during construction, under supervision of the site manager. Every endeavour possible is made to ensure that all units are delivered timeously and that clients are allowed to take occupation of their unit if completed prior to the occupation date.
Our belief is that success can only be achieved through honest business practices in combination with hard work in striving to deliver a quality home to be proud of. Boukorp has been a member of the NHBRC since 1998 and all building products utilized are SABS approved. The driving force behind Boukorp is a core of dedicated, hands-on managers whose experience span years of construction projects. A site manager is appointed for each respective unit and each complex is managed by our team of highly experienced personnel, in conjunction with our various professionals including an architect, town planner, civil & structural engineers and land surveyor.
